Devilslilsister -> Revolution (2/2/2007 11:19:14 AM)

i have a friend who is older then me by about 16 years.  They're on a mission in a sense, to start a revolution. Right now, it was brought to my attention that there is no specific US law that states americans have to pay taxes.  A code 26, but no law.  So my friend, and their friends are literally having a stand off right now up in  New Hamsphire right now.   (this is just another effort on my friends part to bring down the tyranny of the US.)

i'm told that it all has to start some where.  My response is - you cant fight the gov.  The only way to stop the injustice the US gov does to its ppl would be for Rome to fall.  Rome will fall, just God knows when.  So i'm told, "it all has to start some where"

i'm also told i dont understand, that out of all people, they expected me to understand.  i understand what's expected from me.  I also understand that when i used to hang with this person - i'd of been right there fighting long side and i'd be at that house.  I'd of said "lets do it" .

I cant now.  i've learned too much (and ended up with 3 felonies trying).  You cant fight the government, you cant win, and until Rome falls - it will always be wrong.  To me it comes down to idealistic vs realistic.  Realistically a civil war - will just end bloody.  Another government will pop up and it to will be corrupted.  Power = corruption.  Heck, Government = corruption.   i tried stating all of this, with more logic as to while the stand off just isnt wise.  They wont win and the people involved will either end up in jail or dead.  To me - that is just the way it is.  There is nothing to do about it. I'm told, its about honor.

The only thing i see that is reasonable to do is - get along.  Watch my back and get along.  The world is corrupted and is utter crap.  It has always been so.  Ones best bet is to not try and make the world good, but to find the good in the world.  Thats all you can do.  (and navigate through the crap)

Thoughts?  Am i missing something here?  Did i lose something along the way?  Or did i just lose my idealistic views?  i feel like i've lost apart of myself, the person that would be fighting.  That would be heading up to N Hampshire right now.... Except i cant place my finger.  But on the same token, i look at this wee person i have and i have too much at stake.  In regards to having too much at stake (ie a wee person) i'm asked do i really want to leave this mess for her to grow up into?  Which i dont..... but to me....... that is just the way it is.

Thoughts?

Do your friends understand that the Department of Treasury can garnish wages and freeze bank accounts?

LuckyAlbatross -> RE: Revolution (2/2/2007 11:27:00 AM)

What exactly are they revolting against?

Devilslilsister -> RE: Revolution (2/2/2007 11:53:02 AM)

the tyranny.  The injustice and the fact that the gov is screwing us left and right.  The fact that its corrupted.  The fact that the gov cant follow its own laws?  The fact that our judicial system has trouble upholding its own oaths.  The government is a mess.  I agree.

My friend thinks we need to "take a stand"  i think taking a stand will only end you up dead or in jail.  The Gov has more money, power, and pretty much it can assinate you if it chooses.  Its a legalized form of the mafia.  Aye, they're right, somethings got to give.  Somethings got to be done.

i just dont want to jump in cos i've too much to lose and its a no win situation.  BUT currently they're fighting the whole taxes thing.

here's a few links

On top of that - there's alot of ppl up in Arms about 9/11 and alot of them believe it was a complete scam by the Gov.  I've been given about a million links about that too....  Our gov has been doing this crap for years, hell tons of govs have....... oh well.  Ya know?

Until I see another form of government that frees it’s people from corruption and has 100% agreement on everything it does and still have the freedoms we have, just not King George’s view on that, then the best way to make change is to vote and get active in the political process.

So instead of trying to gain attention for themselves, look foolish, selfish and childish for I do not like this, I am going home type behavior, they might want to become active in their local community and run for public seats.

Americans and maybe everyone’s view of government is on the absurd side. We do not want government in our lives at all, but when a problem comes up the first thing we do is look toward government to fix the problem.

Sounds good to me. No point blaming the government when the people elect the government. I'd say change them at the election booths but there's no real choice so the only answer is to change society and the values people hold (which is easier said than done).

Tell them this: unless they are coordinating their activities with an attorney or have an intimate kowledge of the legal system, they are fucked.

Their time would be better served by joining an organization designed to help people with this rather than put their dick on the chopping block one by one unwittingly.   This woudl need to be an organized endeavor not just one person after another getting creamed by the gov.  which will only serve to do more harm than good.

United and legally they may accomplish something good and actually help but if they are doing what most are and just diving head first and clueless they are fucked!

interesting!  i just got as far as the video good stuff i will have to call them.

i used to have russos thing on my footer but changed to the illumionati

this video is awesome!  welcome to us justice!

oh and another edit LOL   i still have my tax records dating back to when i first started working...  guess what happens then if we get on top of this LOL

Devilslilsister -> RE: Revolution (2/2/2007 1:10:52 PM)

LOL i told my friend that.  They say they've ppl all over the country uniting.  I still think they're just going to end in despair.  Because if they do get a revolution going, they wont have a military stronger then the US and they all end up in jail or dead.  Legally i think they're screwed as well.  Its just pointless.  They're trying to be "legal" but the legal system isnt really fair.

Aye and they know it.  Like my friend told me, he cant think of a better way to die.  They say "honor" i say stupidity.  You'd think my friend would know by now that you cant fight the system. What they want.. wont happen any time soon.  The best bet is for Rome to fall.  Which it will, eventually.  Just have to hold out till then.

and if you want any other video links.... i could hook you up with about a million 9/11 and how it was a consipracy.  Probably hook you up with a few others too.

i still believe - "you cant change the world, only find the good in it"  So other then random updates, i steer clear. (and watch the back of me and mine)

I'm asuming you're speaking about Brown and that group up there. He's already been convicted by a court of tax evassion and is awaiting sentance, he stopped attending his trial before sentancing and now is held up at home. Basicly taunting federal law enforcement. Citing WACO and RUBY RIDGE, come in and get me coppers mentality.

yep and there are 2 sides to every story

The IRS Has Been Losing High Profile Jury Trials

Since August, 2003, the government has failed to prove its claims in income tax-related cases to at least three juries. These recent acquittals support claims that government has no authority to tax wages as income and no “law” compels employers to withhold a portion of employees’ wages.

Ypu seem to have missed the central point.

He's already been convicted

All that remains is sentancing and his bunk buddy selection process.

i heard about this movement of trying to get 10k liberals into NH by like, what, 2110 so it can decare itself a liberal state [or was it libertarians??]

thats one way to get the ball moving

people were reimbursed for the move too

Archer -> RE: Revolution (2/2/2007 2:04:07 PM)

Again with the off base replies.
Broken down so you can get them straight

#1 Getting a good lawyer now is kinda closing the barn door after the horse is out since the couple has been convicted.
(appeals not withstanding)
#2 helping a convicted felon barricade himself and resist arrest regardless of if you feel he is not guilty is a crime and those helping could get hammered when this closes. Good lawyers can't help much getting you off if you ever fire a shot at a federal officer attempting to perform his lawfull duty.
#3 The citing o the Ruby Ridge and taugnting Federal law enforcement in no way indicated my own view on either of the prior cases, so you're taking off on those tangents is not germaine to the issues at hand.

You are sensible.

There is no way to defeat the powers that be, unless people are willing to sacrifice their own lives. In the second world war six million people had nothing to lose, but could not or would not risk or sacrifice their own lives, so they were slaughtered instead.
