Whilst we do have strong employment protection laws in the UK, thats not to say you cant be "encouraged" to leave, should you be discovered to be "undesirable". Of course, you could then sue, and never get another job anywhere because no prospective new employer wants trouble makers in their business who might sue them - and thats if they never got to hear the publicity over why one was encouraged to leave and is suing. Or, one could swallow it down, hope to God that it never gets out and proceed to find another job. If anyone thinks its all liberal over here and its no one's business what one gets up to away from work, they are naive. Involvement in bdsm, along with several other types of activity is something that the small minded, apathetic, ignorant morons of the UK (c. 90% of the population) always find titillating, and there is no employer who, whilst trying to promote their brand, wants to be known as "that place the perverts work".
