Positive spin with that much money being spent over there some of it had to go missing and is that much that bad.

Of course I think it is bad but this is what you get when the Republicans and many Democrats rubber stamped funding for Iraq. There was little to no oversight. Hopefully the Democrats will grow some balls and start demanding that all money be accounted for, but I am not holding my breath. Same thing is happen and is happening still with Katrina.
