Status: offline 		Love and lust are pretty far from each other in my mind... lust is the physical pang of seeing someone that floats my boat & love well... it is slower. Lust doesn't need time to develop but love needs time.

Yes but I gotta love and lust over them too! And well, I am just a picky thing. I have these standards you see, reasonably intelligent, good sense of humour, a job, reasonably sane without serious medication..........just a few small things.

Love is definitely overrated, though I doubt anyone can really define what it is, as it means different things to different people. Far better a night in heaven and a host of whimsical thoughts of what if than a life time in hell with someone you love. Yep, I thought I was in love once and found out what a manipulative, malicious, self-centred, high maintenance bitch she was. Now I consider myself self lucky at such a narrow escape. Being with her would have been a living hell. Now I settle for enjoying myself and lusty nights, one woman I share the evenings with goes home and shares her life with someone else. Does he know? I don't know and care less, she is over 18. Maybe he does, she says he knows he is no thrills but that is love I guess.

Actually it did cross my mind that if it worked out between me and this woman, I might have been the idiot waiting at home but as I said, that is love and we can fall in love with some hateful people if we aren't careful.
