Julia i hope you are right but when bush gets a standing ovation from congress when stating that he will enforce the law even when it is not in effect is treason!  He got a standing ovation!  That doesnt concern you?  It is in several of the vids i posted.

I will admit I did not watch those videos, but I think that it is a stretch to think that because one thing happened (The Patriot Act) that another one will (allowing Arnie to be president). Who is the congress now? Democrats are. Many Republican politicians have xenophobic voters who would not like the constitution changed that way. Is this really something that you should spend time worrying about when there are so many other things more important to be concerned about? My opinion is that  worry is a lot like sitting in a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but you do not go anywhere. If someone proposes this amendment, and it starts to pick up steam, then worry about it....

so violating the constitution is not treason in your opinion is that your point?
