I think the vast majority of our troubles are self inflicted. It seems some people get more sympathy than others when it comes to personal tragedy. We on the outside looking in can often wrongly judge those who we think are "deserving" of sympathy versus those who are "not". We are all human and imperfect creatures after all.

There are a lot more tragic things to be in this life than trailer trash, drug addicted, and unintelligent. Unkind would be one of them. I have seen a lot of unkindness pointed at this person who is no longer with us.

I was not a huge fan of hers. I enjoy intelligent people. I am not attracted to drama soaked lives. I am not one for tabloid media. But if I were someone with a questionable IQ, not much going for me in the way of family connections, oh hell yeah I would capitalize on my beauty! And she was absolutely beautiful. I would also marry a rich old man to make sure I could care for my son if that opportunity fell into my lap, but there is not much I would not do to care for my son. Women marry men for security all the time, just not as in an exaggerated way as she did, but then everything about her was pretty damn exaggerated.

Larry King said of her "She told me she had a dark cloud over her where ever she went" Perhaps if she looked at life differently it would have went away.

The person that stated her child should be adopted out, that is probably the meanest thing i have read on this thread. Whoever her father is has a right to raise her, and this little girl has a right to know who her mother was, and that her mother loved her.

Status: offline 		Well, I actually kind of enjoyed her - she certainly was lively, that's for sure. And nobody can ever say she wasn't beautiful. I realize she had nothing to do with those genes she got, but she made the most of them. I know she got really heavy at one point - but then she lost the weight, and looked more gorgeous than ever. I also think she wasn't stupid - I think she was "dumb like a fox".

Actually if it comes out that Larry Birkhead is the father her life wouldnt be too much in the spotlight. But if Howard actually is the father her whole life will be in the spotlight i think. Every first of hers will be sold to ET. I dont think she should be bombarded with the negative picture of her mother that the media has broadcasted. Perhaps i was being too extreme with my statement. I just think its unfair for her to have to live in this negative shadow of her mother.

Status: offline 		Why do they need her dna?  To confirm that she is birth mother?  I think they can determine paternity without the mother's dna, they need the child and father.

Status: offline 		My slave is a former funeral director.  He explained how long and why it takes so long for the results to come back.
They will be lucky if they get the reports done in three weeks because each different drug or medication goes to a different organ. Kind of like alochol goes to the liver. 
From what I understand, she was taking prescription medication. They will not find any illegal drugs in her system.
It is very suspicious to me that someone can lose their 19 year old son and her within a five month period.  I hope for Howard Stern's sake, he can proove this.  I am almost sure that he has done this to her.

Status: offline 		I am so sick of hearing about Anna Nichole Smith being dead.  The Comcast TV guide channel has been convering it constantly. Sad thing is, they had so little material for it, that they are rerunning the "live coverage" over and over.

So do we start yanking kids out of parental custody because they "might" do something? I mean that is almost thought police-like. And as far as a negative view of her mother, according to whom? You or me? I rather think it would be cool to have had a mother like Anna Nicole. Her son adored her, could do worse for sure.
