It has come to our attention that due to some recent changes that we made to speed up the site some Windows IE users are hearing a 'clicking' sound. We understand that this clicking sound may be annoying to some users but it comes down to a choice of having the site run faster while having hear some clicking sounds or slower without. To get rid of this clicking sound, go to your control panel and select sounds and audio devices [image]http://www.collarchat.com/images/control.jpg[/image] Click on the sounds tab and under program events you will be able to scroll down and see Start Navigation. [image]http://www.collarchat.com/images/soundon.jpg[/image] Set the Start Navigation sounds to None and click on Apply [image]http://www.collarchat.com/images/none.jpg[/image] Now it should look like this and you will have no more clicking [image]http://www.collarchat.com/images/completed.jpg[/image]

The clicking sound will only happen if you have the sound set for that event. Many users do not have that sound option turned on.

LOL I've had that sound set on CM as long as I can remember.

The clicking sound are something to do with AD Blocker. If you have it you will have to turn it off to post on here. I use Spybot and it seems the site has allowed the pictures at the bottom of the page in the add to infect you computer with a Trogan if you dont have the proper protection. I have tried with no luck to tell teh Suoprt staff about ti as it just started on Thursday after the site crached that day. I would suggest everyone make sure you have spy ware and some program like NOD32 to protect your system. I find is reather strange site has allowed this to happen but then again maybe they are being paid for this to allow the other site to track our use here. If my son is a web site administrator and figured out today Hope this may help
