Then tell your therapist, no reason to be too embarrassed to tell him or her. If you don't share things in therapy, it's not working. Also, work on not being so dependent on this fantasy person. Widen your support group as well. By support group I mean friends and so on.

I've known chatted with a few people online who have been through horrific experiences - with enough support you'll be able to get over what's holding you down. I'm not sure if this guy is a help (an understatement some may feel!). I agree with texancutie ... tell you therapist ... they need to know the full facts to know what they're dealing with.

I'm trying real hard :( I go to a group therapy for social phobia but I don't talk there cuz its too scary...but my therapist says its good for me just to go...and I go to therapy and I take my meds and sometimes I even go out and check my mail and stuff all by myself...I'm doing lots better...

I think it'd be good for you to spend time with your therapist. From what you've said it seems like you need to take things slowly, I'd encourage you to widen the circle of people you speak with.
