So I am envisioning this new commercial. I think I am going to submit this idea for next year's Super Bowl.

There are a bunch of folks at a play party and one of them starts to make a phone call. Scene changes to a strict domme who is being served in a high protocol setting. Her phone rings and she answers. The screen splits to show the folks from the party yelling into the phone:

Wassuuuuuuuup!

My God, this is going to bring in so much money!

In my mind's eyes I see, why female Dominants might wish to do CBT, is due in part to the man's focus on his genitals as a source of manhood, masculine identity, masculine weakest point for attack and or to be protected.  It is also something men are obsessed about, so much like a person can look up into the sky and soon more people will look up to the sky as well.  So too, with a man's phallus.
 
It also needs to be said, that it does not require fancy tools but, just a woman's hands-with long fingernails might help; to cause a man extreme pain in a woman's grasp.  Sometimes it sends a man to his knees.  Of course, women with nails digging into a man's nipples and or pinch, pull, twist and such can put a man to his knees but, the phallus never fails, where nipples might be a tad tough on a few.
 
In a way, not exactly but, similar--I get the same power rush when riding a horse, as I do having a man obedient and submissive to my hand, my voice and my dominance.  So, yes I do enjoy the ability to dominate a man and or men.

I think there are a couple of interesting points to be taken from your comments: (1) men's focus on their genitalia brings corresponding attention to it, and (2) if there is a situation that causes one man's phallus to look up into the sky, there is a good chance other men's phallus will begin to do the same ;-)
