With several threads discussing patterns across dommes and subs, I created one one that proposes an interest in dominance as a common pattern amongst dommes. It's silly. And it's simply a lighthearted thread. If you are in the mood for lightheartedness, terrific. If not, why not post to another thread that better suits your mood and let those who want the lightheartedness be.

I have a fairly clear idea about the spirit behind GuidingLite's post. The manner in which you posted suggests you share that spirit, which puzzles me because I would not have expected it. If your post is in jest and I have misunderstood it, I apologize. If not, care to explain your thoughts behind it?

They are different and similar enough. But that point and associated semantics are not so important here.

Fair enough. I enjoy sarcasm and humor and see the direction you were taking. I was not fully clear on the spirit behind the sarcasm because of my impression about the post attached to yours but am not going to worry about it here. If there is a favor I should have returned, I am sure you will remind me at some point.

Painfully stupid title but hey it worked congrats Underground! It is quite a good question when you think about it....but if you arent good at thinking its quite silly gfaw gfaw! It's actually a question every sub should ask their Domme/Master 'What makes you dominant?' depending upon their reply they can be embraced or given the finger as way too many are just jumping on the bandwagon without understanding the desires involved one of which ISNT money (see most Dommes (pretend ones) from the UK on CM). Personally the need to satisfy their power is a huge indicator for me, if they havent experienced or this isnt their motivation then its a sign of non-compatibility atleast for me anyways.

I could not agree with you more, kink I can get anywhere anytime, and you are right about being addicted, smiles. I look at some that try to 'take' power, thinking if they are domineering, that will subsitute for dominant and they will get the power by intimidation, or demanding it will get it for them. I do neither, but I am what I am, and if you are mine, you are MINE. If you are mine, I expect it to be given feely and totally, and without limitations. And oh, what fun from then on, smiles......

For my character its a case of give me a little taste and watch me run and beg for more, that is when you know you have relinquished some of your energy to the dominant character, i am quite a dominant person in general and so forcing it from me just wont work, a little teasing goes along way.

Dear bludemonn, Ladies and Gentlemen;

I do agree with your postings on this thread, that once a taste of giving slaves and or submissives, the power and authority--with respect and recognition of that status; it is indeed makes a woman revel in the energy, as if its a wrap of pure tiger ...the fur, the claws, the teeth, the hunt, the teasing into the Dominant's energy flow and then the surrender.
