greetings

it is very dangerous to leave someone locked in a cage when no one is around, also if something were to happen to her even when she is in the place wiht you does anyone she hold close to her know of your being locked in a cage, were they given instructions on what to do? i think the ideal about the key in the envolope is great this way she can see if you did try to get out but she should not by no means leave you in there without a way to get out so many things can happen and if as i said before if no one knows you there that is also an added danger for you i hope you both can work it out but do not let it go without a change of plans

take care
mons

I agree a key should be within reach,this also goes for chained or bound subs or slaves.I know many that chain subs in the basement for days on end,AS for us we are too busy to chain or cage for ant lenth of time...BH

Dear porthuronsub, Ladies and Gentlemen;

In having had time to use a stop watch, it was shocking how much time it took for my slaves to escape in case of fire.  We didn't have cell phones back then.  Something which is a blessing for all now days.

Clothes can be sweat pants and shirt, slip on clogs or Crocs, bathrobe--coat if foul weather, pin gloves and scarf, hat to the coat as to grab and run.  I would also like slaves to have their driver's license and keys to all the autos.  I'd have them in a ziplock bag, so he can move cars away from the fire or disaster, to go into and stay warm.

Perhaps a set of clothing can be stored in an automobile for such cases.  The major thing is get out--get out alive.

Just some thoughts.

Respectfully submitted for consideration,
Lady Hugs

I enjoyed reading the safety measures, but I would not feel comfortable leaving a slave locked in a cage if I was not home, even with the envelope.  As LadyHugs states it can take a long time to escape in times of fire, what if the slave starts freaking and drops the key? Or could not see the key due to smoke, etc.  I would hate to be in such a situation.
Better just to keep him locked up when I am home, and a list of chores when I am gone.

I use a plastic tie that can easily be broken and which my slave has no access to others but like Mia I usually want him productive when I'm not home.
