People seem to think michaelofGeorgia and I are exactly alike. I don't hate anyone of any gender or sexual orientation. I don't refuse to be friends with people of a different sexual orientation, fear them, or want to attack them the way many on here want to attack me. If I was a biggot or homophobic, I would treat those of a different sexual orientation the way the KKK treat African Americans. Now those assholes are biggots in every sense of the word. I just wish people would take both definitions into consideration when writing their profiles. If someone thinks straight refers to both preference and sexual acts, they aren't going to know they need to ask specifically about sexual acts.

Unless you are lying to your friends, I seriously doubt they are all that fond of your current beliefs. I have had friends who taught along similar and the same lines. They weren't really my friends. They were just the lesser of all the evils. I don't know if that's the case, but I wouldn't be surprised to discover it. I don't care if someone is straight and wouldn't be attracted to me, but I would care if someone would judge me based on actions in my past that I feel no longer reflect who I am.

Any time I'm in doubt, again, I look to the dictionary for guidance, that is why I have the definition in my mind that I do...and I want to add Webster's...a MAINSTREAM dictionary
