i m a police officer so i have an investigative mind. one thing that doesn't add up. she is sposed to be 5 foot four, he is sposed to be 6 foot five. check their couple pic. their height difference is not more than 6 inches off. just a comment.

Sounds like your master was prepared to be held accountable for your death, should the house burn down. It is never safe to leave a burning candle in an unattended house, this is a no brainer. Leaving somebody tied up helpless in a house unattended should be a no brainer as well. There are other things which could happened such as an electrical fire, gas leak.. hell the house next door could catch fire, and it could spread. You could have an unexpected medical emergency, heart attack, stroke, lung collapse and many other countless things. When you trust somebody, you also trust their decision making ability. Your trust in him has been shaken, and with good logical reason. It's a no brainer. I wonder how your master would have reacted coming home to find his House burned down, his slave dead, all his property lost, being charged with something like "criminal negligent homicide" and becoming Bubba's new play toy in the pen. negligent

Just a few thoughts of my own to add to the mix. First up, isn't it cute how so many people hate it when you label them, and refuse to engage reason when it comes to definitions, yet will jump on the bandwagon and claim that someone isn't a ' real ' master because the person did something that doesn't sit well with them? A bad master may have left a slave hogtied, an incompetent master might have do it too, but how very hypocritical of you all to say that the person is not a master. Make up your minds. If you have the right to define what he is or is not, then everyone else has the right to define you as well, whether you decide to conform to reality and accept the definition or not. Secondly, why is it that some of you are ignoring the guy when he has already said that she gave an inaccurate account as to what transpired? I have been known to mock the ritualized and dogmatic safety precautions preached by some people, but must you bend over backward to show how right I am? You remind me of zealots who stand on a soapbox and preach that the end of the world is at hand because the sun has yet to arise, and continue to preach of doomsday even when the sun breaks the horizon. The guy cleared up the confusion, but still you ramble on. Last but not least, to the OP's master. She, for no obvious reason, chose to distort the truth of the matter, and did so while under the responsibility of discipline. How do you handle such an unruly girl? Not sure how you would handle her, but if I managed to get past my initial thought of booting her ass out the door, I would at least start by revoking her computer privileges because she is certainly not mature or trustworthy enough to allow on the computer unsupervised.

We are only hearing about this from one viewpoint. Is is possable he did this and then was right outside your view for that period of time ? Its very possable that he did not consider your safety however and that is some thing that the 2 of you need to discuss.

As for why some of us become judgemental, some people are just that way, some, like myself, have enough skills and experience to see the patterns in someones post and see more than they meant us to see and we call them on it. Look back at someone like LA's posts where she calls someone on their shit and look to see how rarely she is wrong. Just because you lack that talent, don't dismiss it in others.

If I drive it without oil I am a bad car owner, but a car owner nevertheless. A horrible author is still an author, and a person that another submits to and calls master is still a master, even if he can't tie his own shoes. Or should we just dispose of such rational technicalities and subscribe whatever flighty definition that makes us feel all warm and bubbly to the title?
