And I don't know about peanut butter and mayo...but kids will make peanut butter and butter sandwiches, replacing the higher fat content that the FDA takes out. Just goes to show you the effectiveness of government regulation.

And of course....Peanut butter and fluff. mmmmm...just add sweet pickles....

I can handle peanut butter and pickles, its the mayo I can't quite cope with.

I have to agree, though, fluffernutters are man's final triumph in the world of culinary arts.
