Some people have opportunities to do more of one role than others, some enjoy one role more than others. I can follow but I tend to be very demanding when I follow, I ask a lot of questions, I want a plan in place, I do not allow myself to be pushed to the back. Following doesn't feel comfortable to me but it is necessary at times. For others following is very comfortable for them.
