I've seen it all get down to 0 (once or twice). But as I said, it seems to come in waves, especially if there is an exodus going on at some other site. Also, many folks seem to make a hobby of modifying their profiles and they do it on a regular basis - usually on the same one or two nights a week, so it waves on specific days, too.

I wanted to note that there has been a marked improvement in the time it takes for profile approvals. I added a photo and updated my profile twice over the past few days and all three changes were approved in about a day. Thank you, reviewers!
