I fear responsibility. I'm frightened of being made responsible for things...or worse...people.
It's actually not that I'm any more irresponsible than most people, in fact I can probably be relied upon to do the things I'm made responsible for at least as well and as often as those people who relish taking on responsibilities...I just don't like it or want it and it makes me anxious.

P.S. And as others have said...it's something I FEAR, not something I remotely get off on.
