Of course the writing in the new Casino Royale was excellent, with the many puns and twists on significant Bond lore, so it made Craig's job easier. Of course, David Niven, Peter Sellers and Woody Allen all played fairly credible Bond characters even if in the very incredible 1967 "Casino Royal." sambamanslilgirl, don't begrudge Commander Bond his bit of domestic bliss. you know James was married only for a day, because the evil Blofeld kills Tracy Bond on her and James' wedding day. If you REALLY want unBond dash, remember that he had a "common law" marriage with Tiffany Case who actually lived in the flat -- something no other Bond girl ever achieves. He also has a son with "Kitty" in Japan, and he proves to be a lousy father (although in all fairness, it isn't clear if she ever tells James about this by-blow). You all do know that one of the preeminent James Bond Fan magazines has the wonderful name "BONDAGE", don't you? E.
