Okay... we have a rash of odd polls and I thought I would make this one so when the iron fist of legislation descends on you they know what kind of prison to stick you in. Sorry if I beat our notorious data gatherer to the punch here, but I thought I would cut to the chase.

I don't really feel that I only fit into one of those, so I picked other. Even though I have been in the lifestyle for awhile now, I see myself fitting into "I'm a student learning to be a better sub/slave." A. I always want to continue learning and becoming a better sub/slave. B. No matter how much I think I know and how much I think I have learned, there is still so much more. I also see myself as, "I am a house slave/sub I cook, clean and run the house." Even though I plan on working, going to school and hopefully outside activities, I still want to be the one who cleans and cooks for the One I will be with. (When I find that person) But, I could also be, "I am a labor slave/sub, I will chop the wood and fetch the water." If that is what He wanted from me. I rather enjoy working and doing things for the One I am with. And I see myself as "I am what ever he/she needs me to be.", because I would hope, He would be with me because I was already what He wanted and needed. I do not wish to be with someone who thinks they can break me down to nothing and remold me into something I am totally not. I have no issue with change or learning or be taught to be a certain way, but, I do not wish to totally lose who I am. I hope that answers the question in some way.. even if it ended up being in a round about way. rayn

I had to pick other as well since I'm me and there's some of several choices listed that make up me. I take care of people, I do for them, give to them, do housework, run errands, etc. I am also a masochist. I am a sexual submissive though definitely monogamous. My reward is making others happy and comfortable. I am still learning and I believe I always will be and that there will always be something more to learn.

I picked 'other' because I switch. What I am depends on what my partner is, so I may learn to be a 'better sub' (well, sort of...), but not always (rather seldom, actually... grins).
