Hello Sea,

Thank you, I had not thought of those that you listed and though they are speculation's I can see where they maybe possible. Thank you for your insight.

The next time one writes and I am sure one will, I may have a better understanding why they did from what I have learned today. I feel fustrated for those that write because I know from friends how long they have waited and are still waiting to find someone. Hopefully all will find that in which they seek.

Greetings TexasMaam,

He was not wanting to see my tits, that was from some that wrote telling me why they write and I do not cam with someone I do not know. When I do I am always fully dressed as I am raising my grandum.

He seemed very nice and I was tring to make him understand why I could not be a domme to him. I did finally block him this morning.

I wrote this in hopes of getting a better understanding why some write us subs. I truely thank all that gave their ideas as I now have something to go on. I would also like to Thank you for your post. ~smiles~

This is a very common thing, and it stems from a variety of reasons. Many male "subs" on sites like this one, aren't really into the lifestyle, and have preconceived notions about dominance and submission, which were generated through their fantasies. They have never experienced a Dominant woman in an actual BDSM or D/s situation, so they don't understand that you are submissive by nature, and unable and/or unwilling to fulfil their fantasies. Compounding this situation, is the high amount of male submissives in relationship to the small amount of Dominant women in the lifestyle, and many of the Dommes are pros, which does lead to a situation where the male sub becomes desparate. I have had profiles on all the major sites like this one, listed as a male sub, male switch, Cd sub, and/or a Cd switch, and have never received a letter from a female, although (and this is the funny part) ... I do get plenty of mail from submissive males and dominant males, wanting to serve me !! So you are not alone !!!!!!!!

Thank you for noticiing. I run around the forums and most of the time others have already said what i was thinking so i dont see much point in repeating it again. This time it kind of hit a note, I dont have the problem of getting heaps of messages, damm getting one would be nice lol. Well i hope he just does create another profile and start again

I feel the fustration of my male sub friends because as you say the ratio of male subs does out number the Female Domme that are available. I also know that you have to deal with a lot more pro domme then we do pro dom's. But I also know that there is no way that I could ever be domme, I am just not wired that way.

What I was hoping to learn from this thread was why they might think that another sub could dominate them. I am glad to say that the answers I have gotten have helped me to understand why a little bit better.

I would not call anyone a wannbe or fake, just because what they seek and want or need is not what I do.... But that is just me ~smiles~. Once again I thinking you for taking the time to answer.

I hope subs do not take advantage of your kindness and empathy. I expect that some will try, in which case a firm response (like blocking them) would be fair. I credit you for being sensitive to the situation of others, and recognize that it is entirely fair for you to also be sensitive to your situation. While it is polite to send a response to unsolicited mail, in my opinion it is not a must and, if the amount of time required becomes unmanageable, it is fine to even not respond.

I am inclined to suggest a positively worded entry in your profile (for example, you are clear about your interest in submission and seek dominants only) but I hear that much of the mail received by women shows the sender hasn't really read the profile ;-)

Nothing would get done. Hell, yesterday I was going to go to lunch with a fem sub friend and it took us 20 minutes to decide on a place to eat! Where do you want to go? I don't care,where do you want to go? Dunno.....
