It's a free site. How, exacly are the owners making money off of you? No one is holding a gun to your head making you stay a member (and if there is... well, you have MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS! ). If you can't figure out the controls, try asking someone or taking a basic computer course.

NewHaven, I did some research and here's what I discovered:

Of all internet sex related businesses, they generated (in 2005) over 17 billion dollars in sales.

Of those, www.collarme.com alone generated 11.74 billion of that.

Hard to imagine they wouldn't spend a billion or so to improve your experience.

(I'll send them a quick note...they'll come around).

That would leave it far short of the 12 000 in the complaint department.
