Status: offline 		I love when my Daddy is a combination of both.While we are having playtime He'll  be VERY strict with me, but then give me a very sweet kiss...or pet my hair (which He loves to do). So a combination of strict and gentle is what I love. I love how my Daddy and I can be talking about anything and He'd be giving me pets and kisses...and the next minute He'll tell me its time to play, He'll put me in my place and I love how He does it with such love and authority. I love how one minute I can be my Daddy's gorgeous princess to being His filthy slut.

Excellent point. If it's something a D type is doing out of striving to be something he is not then it's not really Dominance and I can't really respond to it. This has happened. It has to come from the heart or personality in whatever form it takes, sterness, gentleness, attentiveness, etc.
However the Dominance shows up in the man as far as the type of trait isn't important, the important part is that it shows up and is a genuine offering on his part.

I like all of that.  My only problem is trying not to smile when Sir is being stern.  For now he's unable to see me most of the time, but dear God I'll be in so much trouble when he can...and THAT makes me smile too.
