Might be your question, it is not mine.
The bulk of your post was both speculative and biased. If you are inclined to bring facts into evidence it might be worth talking about, but comparing propaganda tactics used by the Soviet Union to ones you feel are used by Iraq is remotely interesting, but I would not be willing to use it as empirical evidence of facts in existence.
