i decied just now red peppers looked real tasty atr store. why pay
for the throw away section??? so i only bought the ediable part.
somehow the pepper separated. well at $4 a lb-- who would guess!!!

I make my own lattes.  I would prefer to sit in a coffee shop.  But I save that for when I really need it.

turn off lights/hot water heater when not using...sometimes roll my own smokes and go on a "smoke run" over to the reservation about 2 times a year and load up on cartons @17ea. instead of $36 here. Also eat mostly at home. At the grocery store if it ain't on sale....I rarely buy. Shop online to save taxes and gas money. Heat my shack with wood.

A lot of little things that really add up.....  But then again....I'm real anal about motorcycles and if I WANT some shiny piece of bling on one of my bikes....I always pay some ridiculous over-inflated fortune of a price...lol

I buy groceries at the dollar store. Its not a sleezy one though, and Master has yet to tell.

i grab discarded pallets for lumber (mostly for concrete framing)
Whenever i bring trash to the dump, i swing past the "metal only" section to look for anything useful
i refill bottled water bottles
Whenever i decommission a computer at work, i take the steel side panels home for later use
When i have my motorcycle at a gas pump that has three separate spigots, i'll check the ones i'm not using for that last ounce that ends up not getting dispensed when car drivers use the pump

i make pretty good money, but i don't give up any more than i have to [:D]

I reduce, reuse and recycle.  It's good for the environment and my finances both.  [:D]

Me too!  I use a coffee press and heat up my own milk.

Another really tight wad tactic - Fresh broccoli is sold by weight but they always leave these massive long stems on them.  Well I don't eat the stems!  So I break them off before buying them. :)
