I love my neighborhood because...... apparently, it's just okay to light up on your front porch, but NOT okay to go 3 days without cutting your grass.

it defianately was, and i could have gotten way more degrading about it but then people would call me all kinds of judgemental and racist [i think theres some section 8 up the street -hint hint-]

i love my neighborhood because

of that old guy who lives up the street from me and has a really loud bike and even louder classic rock [seriously, i like him .... so super tute LOL]

Okay.. I just WUV my neighborhood because my next door neighbor has about a zillion nasty diseased cats and one of them is *always* pregnant and they piss on my porch and get into my garbage! They corrupt MY nice well-bred kitty.. I try to warn her about playing with cats from the other side of the hedge but does she listen? Nooooooo

I swear, one of these days, these goddamn wretched felines are just going to disafuckingpear.

Huh, I didn't know Boston had a Brazilian flavor to it. That's kinda cool, lol. Do they sell coconut flavored soda and stuff?

well, boston proper doesnt really have large brazillian population b/c of cost of living, but i am right outside the city in what used to be a very run down area [but is quickly changing into quite the bohemian area - even though 1/3 still were born outside US] and cape cod has a ton of brazillians too, and framingham i think takes the cake. yup, coconut soda, and mexican coca cola [with real sugar not corn syrup!!!!]

i love my neighborhood because ..........

........ if you dont have a tree planted on your sidewalk you can request one from the city

The main reason I love my neighborhood is that I am 10 minutes from D.C. and about 20 minutes from Northern Virginia--when you can get to 3 states within 30 minutes, that ain't too bad!

I have a total love/hate thing going on with my neighborhood. It's the most culturally diverse neighborhood in Colorado! The largest Islamic center is just a few blocks from the largest Jewish center - which is just down the street from the Greek Orthodox golden dome. It's so cool! English is the minority language - actually, I think Chinese and Russian represent strongest!

Of course, go another few blocks and you'll find one of the worst high schools in town, with appropriate crime to match. Over the past few months we've had random car torchings and a few witnesses murdered on their doorsteps...

I kinda feel I live in the NYC of the west!!
