All I can say is ....

I am into extreme play myself, but I don't think this a such a hot idea.

1st: Any opening in the skin can get a infection

2nd: Sand is stuck to the paper with an adhesive and does come off as part of the grinding mechanics of sandpaper.

3rd: I'm pretty sure you would be streaming bloody murder first but there is a lot of blood flow to the male penis and damaging any capillaries or veins could lead to difficult to control bleeding.

You should probably let the local hospital know you are going to grind your love toy so they can be ready for emergency assistance and then have a shrink to help sort out your problems.

On a more serious note either your mistress is trying to make you sweat (which i hope it is) or she is serious. If serious use a very mild grade of sand paper and also soak it in water and keep pouring water over your penis. This will strongly reduce friction amd also make the sand paper soft. Do not rub the naked penis only the outer skin. So be carful how far up she goes.

I honestly would not do it and would strongly advise against doing it but to each their own.

try a bottle brush,but on the sand paper that reminds me i use vib sandeds,but with out the sand paper,i take sylcone sealant,and put globs of it on the pad,then use it after it drys on the pad maybe you sould try that first

If you're going to do it, go for it all, soak the sandpaper in capsasian or tabasco first. Once you get used to that, then you can start buying different heat levels of tabasco and trying those until you find your limit.

Sandpaper does come in a variety of grades usually numbered as the number of particles per inch. It also is separated by coarse, medium, fine, extra fine, and extremely fine. Nylon abrasives can be substituted for very fine grades, and won't have the abrasive power that a coarse sand paper would. The coarser the grade the more wood is removed from the subject (that would include woodies as well). If you absolutely must try this fantasy (and I would join the chorus above against this practice) start with an extremely fine sandpaper like 6000 (usually made for fine finishes on car paint topcoats). Of course she could achieve the same safe results by rubbing the penis with her dry hands without lubrication. Stroking and stopping to prevent release then repeating abrasing the skin without ejaculation, or as an alternative to use two hands rotating around the shaft in opposite directions. These latter motions, will promote irritattions without cumming (think rope burns you used to produce as a kid on your friend's arm). I highly recommend that you have this new 'Dominant' take sandpaper and masterbate herself to orgasm first. Perhaps she'll change her mind about taking risks with another person's genital regions as she must risk hers first.

Another reason behind not using sandpaper to the skin, is that the sandpaper sheds its 'grit' and that will leave debris into the skin.
