Rules about the rules ...
Rule 1 - rules will always be posted somewhere obscure and unknown.
Rule 2 - rules are always subject to change.
Rule 3 - rules are meant to be bent or broken but figuring out which is what will get you killed.
Rule 4 - rules are made by those in power, don't like em make your own - elsewhere; as a rule.
Rule 5 - rules not made by Murphy need not be taken seriously
Rule 6 - rules will be posted in a language as yet undecided but which allows for full interpretation of the enforcer.
Rule 7 - rules are not meant to be interpreted they are meant to be followed *see 1, 2 and 6
Rule 8 - rules are not meant to be understood or explained or even discussed just followed *see 6 & 7
Rule 9 - rule makers who are known are usually hunted down and beheaded so never ask who the rule maker is, this is a rule of thumb
Rule 10 - rules are there to be enforced and followed even in the cases of 1-9, so please refer to the rule book if you need further guidance, which should be simple by now; you can't find them, they are left to interpretation, and once you know them, they change but youWILL follow them dang nab it!!!
