I don't like it either but it does have a lower glycemic index than fruit juices.

Sia Those do sound good. I am an avid member of the library or I used to. I just don't have the patience to rent books any more. They always end up lost or unread an checked out multiple times an still not read:))

In my opinion the first book is worth buying and based on the reviews I have heard from others so is the second. So even if you didn't want to borrow the book it may be worth buying.

Sia, I've done the buy it before know it thing lol. I bought a diabetic cook book for crock pot and a low fatl ow cal for the crock pot neither has yet to be cracked. I just don't cook. so the books don't get any use. However if I did thumb through it and put in a request once in a while they prolly would get used lol.

RAW JUICE THERAPY
Raw juice therapy is the method of treatment of disease through an exclusive diet of juices of fruits & vegetables. It is also known as juice fasting. It is most effective way to restore health & rejuvenate the body.

During raw juice therapy, the eliminative & cleansing capacity of organs of elimination, namely lungs, liver, kidneys & the skin, is greatly increased & masses of accumulated metabolic waste & toxins are quickly eliminated. After the juice fasting, the digestion of food & the utilization of nutrients is vastly improved.

An exclusive diet of raw juices of fruits & vegetables results in much faster recovery from diseases & more effective cleansing & regeneration of the tissues. During fasting the body burns up & excretes huge amount of accumulated wastes. Drinking alkali forming fruit & vegetable juices helps in elimination of uric acid & other inorganic acids. And sugars in juices will strengthen the heart
