To those of you who respond with irrelevant comments, or who babble in an unknown tongue, consider yourselves humiliated, and move on... 
Going off the idea that it has been established that the submissive is into humiliation, then the next step is to determine what her triggers are that arouse both her sexuality and her humiliation with the result of the humiliation being an even more sexually aroused state. A few faves that I've done or have considered...
Knowing that the submissive craves to be used by several as a slut. Take her to a club and have her watch scene after scene with only those dominants involved that she finds attractive. As she watches those scenes, begin speaking softly to her about how you know how much she wishes it was she in the scene instead of the girl. Then tell her how you know that she, being the slut she is, would just love to show that dominant her "appreciation"...and detail the appreciation...for his time. Do this as you move from scene to scene, and at the final scene you take her to, end the tale with how you would use her after all these other dominants had used her while they watched.
As a variation...do the above in reality...at your home or at the club, moving her from scene to scene.
Knowing that the submissive has an exhibitionistic streak, take her to dinner having her wear a shorter dress with panties. Once seated at dinner at a place that uses tablecloths but not too long and making sure you are seated in a secluded but open spot, tell her to take off her panties in a ladylike way while at the table without drawing unusual attention to herself. She knows and you know that others...most likely men but maybe some approving women too...will be looking. Have her sit with her legs slightly parted and then, if a gentleman glances her way to look..have her slowly and deliberately cross and uncross and recross her legs again to keep his attention. All the time, you can again be speaking softly to her about what a show-off slut she is, about what she would do if one of these men/women dared to approach her outside or in the bathroom, and about what is going to happen when you get her home.
Lastly....find out what her absolutely favorite form of BDSM play is...what makes her really wet. Now you know what it is but you also know that she hates to ask, even while it makes her hot/embarrased (humiliated) to have to ask. Then...tell her that for whatever period of time it takes for her to really beg, she will not receive the favored play.
There's several for you....relatively mild...
