Put a candle in the window, cause I feel Ive got to move.
Though Im going, going, Ill be coming home soon,
long as I can see the light.

Pack my bag and lets get movin, cause Im bound to drift a while.
When Im gone, gone, you dont have to worry long,
long as I can see the light.

Guess Ive got that old travlin bone, cause this feelin wont leave me alone.
But I wont, wont be losin my way, no, no
long as I can see the light.

Yeah! yeah! yeah! oh, yeah!

Put a candle in the window, cause I feel Ive got to move.
Though Im going, going, Ill be coming home soon,
Long as I can see the light.
Long as I can see the light.
Long as I can see the light.
Long as I can see the light.
Long as I can see the light.

Stephen King wrote something in his Dark Tower series that always reminded me of that quote ...
"go then, there are other worlds than these"

It is all about mindset isn't it?

The mind is most fugitive when it is sought after.

Capture it and the body is for the taking..again...again..and again.

Well Noah is reading this, hopefully he'll make heads or tails of it.  It would be really awesome, if he could sum it all up!  I keep looking for intent, purpose, point, conclusion......Is there an ultimate question one needs to answer after all of this?  Is the OP just musing?  Thinking out loud?  What does he want others to contribute?

Quick summation, two quotes.

You become a good writer just as you become a good joiner; by planning down your sentences. -- Anatole France

Those who write clearly have readers, those who write obscurely have commentators. -- Albert Camus

The rest should be self evident.

A wide array of city lights
As far as I can see...
The great wide west shines
Through the night
For lonely guys like me

It paints a pretty picture
Of a world that's gay and bright
But I just can't say "I love you"
To a string of city lights...

Just random thoughts?  Is there eventually a test?  I would add something........ but the OP is all over the board and i cant keep up with the thought jumping.  Its one thing if you know the direction or even the person... one can usually keep up... and where does the road lead?  I sure as hell the road leads somewhere

All of the above...I suppose if there was nothing within any of that context worth commenting on your debating then it speaks volumes.

I was a series of thoughts and musings done on laptop and posted...a collective series of ideas for evoking discussions I would imagine.

Not meant to be a finished product by any means....

Feel free to jump in any time

Ross
