A very vague question. Yes, there are space travelers out there among the stars; at least millions and possibly billions.

Suits? Presumably you mean space suits? I suppose that some of those travelers have a space suit, yes.
Yes it would seem the bulbous head would acually be a helmet...
Visible markings? Like a bar code or a colour code? That makes sense. On the other hand they may also simply use a radio signal with an identifier code, just like aircraft and ships do.
Perhaps the bar coding makes it simpler to check in and out when traveling
Anatomical features? Like what anatomical features? The trunk of an elephant? The fourth pair of legs of an arachnid from Serpens delta III? Possibly.
If you have been seeing aliens like these I recomend you contact the authorities....sounds like a Men in Black movie gone bad...
As for our planet, I am not aware of any reports of aliens walking around in "space suits". It is self-contradictory of course: anyone that walks around encumbered by a space suit in an atmosphere lacks intelligence. It is only human fighter pilots that walk around in pressure suits.
Perhaps it is to protect their bodies....
