I belive, if He asked, that would be one of the very few cases I would tell Him that I'd rather ask for a release. I don't belive in changing my body unless it's needed. Piercings I could have agreed on (if it wasn't for my allergy), but anything that would be "impossible" to remove or undo, I would not.

Would I alter my body for another? Sure. I had my clit pierced, been scarred, branded and tattooed.

Would I get plastic surgery for another to enhance my body for another? No.

Would I get plastic surgery to enhance my body for myself? Sure.

I don't even like hair being colored or permed. Sister owns a hair salon and I've listened to her talk about the chemicals -- no thank you! I have enough allergies and skin sensitivity, I don't need to push it.

I'm all for exercising, even non-surgerical hair removel if you can do it yourself (it will grow back) but unless there is an accident or illness that damages the body, I don't believe in invasive surgery.

Nope. My first rule of D/s is "Do no harm". While most people treat plastic surgery rather cavalierly, the fact of the matter is that it is surgery. Deaths and complications happen. I'd have a problem with someone that would want me to put my life and health at risk to fulfill some fetish.

I would never do it for someone else... I feel like as long as I'm thin and clean he'd better be pleased with me. I might decide to do it on my own someday... I've never been above 120 pounds and I'm 5'5 1/2"...being on the thin side and having more grabbable butt than grabbable chest I might get breast implants some day (if I ever had the money)... I'm inbetween a B and a C right now and I would probably be happier with bigger ones... but if my s/o, in a bdsm OR vanilla relationship, tried to tell me to get some sort of plastic surgery I would never, ever do it... there are people I could be with who would love my body...and love is a big part of it for me. If I sound a little self-contradictory here and there, keep in mind I AM a switch.

I wouldn't get plastic surgery right now. Love wouldn't want me to; he likes me just as I am. I might think about it when I get older so I'm not going say never, but at 24 nope.

yes, i would and have done it. Tattoos/Branding...even surgery...it is a personal choice, be it Master or slave who does it or decides to have it done. Anytime my former Master wanted something done He paid for it and if i wanted it done, with permission of course, i paid for it...i think that is the fair way. but those are just my thoughts.

I go along with Oside Girl. Surgery is surgery. There are numerous complications that can occur and sometimes, even death.

The rule Do No Harm is paramount in my professional life and it extends to my personal life. Though it is more difficult to guard against in my personal life, one of my ways of doing so is by not insisting that my partner have something done to fulfill a specific desire of mine. If I want a girl with big breasts, I will look for one. If I want a girl with small breasts, I will look for one. The body is not as important to me as many other factors. If I were to meet the woman who is perfect for me in every way except one...her breasts are too small...I could pretty much guarantee that I would find a way around that.

As for her choice, as her dominant I would insist only that we make a careful study of all the negatives along with the positives of any considered body modification that is done by surgery or any other means. Tattooing has complications as does body piercing...seen them both with friends or family members.

i would have admit if i had the money and means i have thought serious about surgery to have my breast made small and perkie, to have lipo sucition to be skinny again it would be nice

Have considered surgery, but my daughter is adamant about not taking any chances with my health (lost her dad in 2000, not willing to lose mom ove something stupid like looks). I'd do a breast lift/reduction if i could, but it would be for me. Just a comfort factor kinda thing. I wouldn't do it for someone else.

I do have 2 tattoos, both i designed myself and i like them. Have discussed a matching one on my sub boy if we ever get to that point of wanting to display permenant ownership

Sure it has, only not in the way everyone is interpreting your question. A body could be altered for many reasons, even health reasons. I have been permanently marked for him, and that's an alteration. I am losing weight for him, and that's an alteration. But as for medical cosmedic enhancements, yes I would do whatever he wanted. This is his body, not mine. When I had a breast cancer scare last year, the decision was his as to what we would do if the news was bad. if i was going to consider plastic surgery, it wouldn't be for Daddy but for me. it's not easy carrying the weight of 50+ DD breasts even though it doesn't cause any back problems for me. probably have liposuction too to lose the pregnancy fat. however since Daddy loves the beautiful me as i am now, i don't plan on having any plastic surgery.

Yes, I would most definately consider it. I don't see it as more than a step from say, getting a tatoo for Master or being peirced for Master. Infact, W/we have talked about it many times. He likes large breasts and when I am in "peak" condition, well, I just have bumps with nipples

I also have some scaring, stretchmarks and excess skin from the 2 c-sections I have had that I would like removed/repaired. In talking to a plastic surgeon, these can actually be done at the same time.
W/we have other financial obligations to take care of first, but I will have the surgery done. The breast implants will be soley to please Him, the mini tuck will be for me and my self esteem.

I should add that reduction surgery because of severe back pain
or removing extra skin after a large amount of weight loss are
both surgeries that I would support if a sub/slave wished for
one or both.

The importance of researching the procedure, the hospital and
the doctor's credentials is very important. People do die or have
permanent damage from infections and complications following surgery.

Wouldn't breast implants rule out breast play/torture/bondage/beating etc??

i would prefer someone to value me for who i am - but i wouldn't be totally opposed to it - especially if they paid for it

One of my clients just discovered that they left a sponge in when they did her tummy tuck 3 years ago. She's been sick for those three years. Matter of fact, she just had a portion of her face removed because the bacteria was eating it away. She recently fainted in the ladies room at JFK Airport. It wasn't until this point that they figured out what had happened. She told me that the Xray of her abdomen looks like she was shot with buckshot. They're apparently going to have to remove a lot of things in there. Luckily for her, she works for a great company. They put heron paid medical leave and told her to go get healthy. A lot of companies would have fired her for the amount of time she's missed.

if He wished it, i would do it.

personally, i don't like the idea of plastic surgery, and with the exception of reconstructive surgery (which i have had in the past, on my face, after a dog attack) and perhaps a breast reduction for medical reasons, i would never choose to have it myself. there are other cases where i think it's warranted, like removal of skin after extreme weight loss, but to me, having liposuction or something like that is just a waste of money.

it's kind of like i can understand buying a nice, reasonably priced car that runs well, but have a hard time understanding spending ridiculous amounts of money on a porsche (although i think they're pretty).

since others have mentioned tats and piercings, i chose to get tattoos when we first got together and will be getting one or two more eventually, one of which is His mark; i also mainly got the piercings i have for Him, but i enjoy having them as well.

Body modifications are a hard limit for me. No piercings, brandings, tattoos, unnecessary surgeries etc. It's a moral barrier that I do not cross nor would permit anyone else to.

Plenty of subs get tattoos and piercings and such at the request/order of their Doms. Daddy has mentioned getting my labia pierced, though I think he may just enjoy the fantasy of it.
For me, permanent marks are a sign of a permanent commitment. If you've put a collar around my neck and a ring on my finger, I will accept any permanent marks you want to put on my body, though I'd appreciate some discussion first.
I think I'd be hurt by a Dom wanting me to get cosmetic surgery- it means there's something about my body that he doesn't like. There are certainly things about my body that I don't like, but they're fixable with diet and excercise, so I'd be very hurt with the idea that there's something so wrong with me I should have surgery.
I do have a mole at the base of my right breast that's been there longer than my breasts have, and Daddy's said something about it getting removed, because moles of course can be dangerous. That's something I'd consider, but it's not really plastic surgery. As for implants- Daddy and I both agree that real breasts are better than fake ones- breasts come in all different shapes and sizes, and they're all lovely. If you're slender and petitie and naturally small-breasted, why distort your figure with fake breasts? Mine are already a 36 C (I think), and I'm happy with them the way they are.
