Greetings all, I am currently trying to get over the mental block of swallowing my own cum. Does anyone have suggestions of ways to get over this mental hurdle other then just do it? Alex

Work with your other and communicate with her your problems. Two best ways would be to start off with a small amount and not all of it at once. Something like licking a finger off with a small amount on it, then doing it twice and so on, a slow buildup. Another way would be to have it with another powerful tasting thing and to eat/swallow it fast. Mentally I would try like any other submissive, try to focus on it is your dominants desire and for her pleasure and to think why is this really so bad, what is the harm. Focus on back when you were young and your parents made you eat something you did not like, was the fight not worse then the food and eating it faster to get through it better then going slow and fighting it.

Are you trying to swallow your own cum because previous Domme's have insisted on it? Or like your profile says, you are now looking? If so, maybe your new Domme wont make you if she knows it is difficult? just curious. On the other hand, you asked how to over come and it seems just do it might win out....but is it the taste you are afraid of? the texture? I know many have issues with the texture and taste. I just had to learn to like it really, I jumped in feet first so to speak. But consider what you don't like about it, or if it is a mental thing you may just have to jump in and just do it. And it makes a big difference in taste according on what you eat.

alex, I have found that I have gotten over all my mental blocks by realizing that I have surrendered to Master. You might just have to realize that you have a command, you will obey, and that's pretty much that. (And eventually the previously-undesired activity may become something you BEG for because you were forced to do it.) Omg. I think I just came.

It is much easier to accept the first few times if you can swallow it while you are sexually excited. Unfortunately, that excitement tends to go away quickly once you have cum. The solution? Save it in an ice cube tray or something of that nature and freeze it. The next time you are sexually excited and the "idea" of eating it doesn't sound so bad, take it out of the freezer and let it melt in your mouth. After you cum again, save it again, etc and etc. This is what worked for me.
