Oh, you again.  Didn't get enough the first time?   No, that would not have caused a bit of concern.  But you was there was ya?  How far did you sit away from the head of the table?

The leader of Iran got a very clear message fron the West ( behind the scenes ). Release the Brits or all hell will break loose. Akmadinajob or however you spell it, BLINKED> story over

I think you are wrong there. Britain certainly cant live up to a threat like that at the moment and the Iranians were adamant that the brits would not be released if threats were made. The only way the iranians were willing to deal with us was if it was through diplomatic talks not threats of war.

actually most of them are from an artillery batallion, which served in Afghanistan and just haven't gone to Iraq and from a military standpoint 2 tours in 4 years during active combat is normal but thanks for your concern...and before someone asks...cause they always do so they can try to set up the "you don't know how it is" arguement, yes I've been military.  Two years, discharged due to an unrepairable knee injury.

that is a reasonable explication and somewhat of a different hue than the prior one.

G P S from every Country tracks both ships and planes every where. It will be known very shortly that that boat was not in Iranian terratory. If he were right this would not be over. Did you listen to his speech when they were to be released? What a bunch of crappy, crap..

We will never know the truth about whether that ship was in waters it shouldnt have been. No doubt britain will claim it wasn't but that will be no surprise. After all we couldnt have done anything wrong could we?

Well that would be our GPS pal.  so that kinks it some.  That is not iranian telemetry and additionally, it aint gonna happen the little gps shitbreathers we carry aint military and they have a kink (for reasons of security) that will not allow you to pinpoint a location with the accuracy needed.  I dont see the US or UK giving up military secrets.....nah..........

thanks for playing.

Well, basically your country used the old American negotiation technique of give them back and we won't kick your asses.

Well of course they're both going to claim they weren't at fault.  If it's going to be such a hot issue they should just drop some sonar buoys on the border of the territories and then there's no way either of side can claim they weren't in their own waters if they cross over.

Yes, I know that's what he said publically....but what was said in the embasies behind closed doors and away from the cameras?

Blair isn't Bush. Blair is a big fat coward.
Iran not only knows we make empty threats but that we havent got the power at the moment to make such a threat and back it up.

I suspect what was said behind the scenes was...."I'm sorry...really I am...can we have our guys back....please???"

WARNING: Military solution ahead.  Back when I was young Iraq built a nuclear reactor and the Israeli government took offense to it.  They simply flew a flight of F-16's over the border and blew the hell out of it with a few thousand pounds of bombs....problem solved.  Same situation here.  Except someone else needs to do it because the world is already too pissed at the US as it is.

Good lord is he that much of a wuss?  You don't want him to be exactly like Bush by any means though...Bush is a little...unhinged.

Allright...change of subject here....

There's been a bit of talk in the press lately about the "end of days" (yes, I know that's been discussed a smidge since...oh....the beginning of time....however, those that know Biblical prophecy may want want to weigh in here....)

But....things are truly getting a bit hairy here....

Isreal was not a factor until the 40's (someone correct me please)....as in...it hadn't been created (and was called for in prophecy), all kinds of other things had to take place...and they have....

So....are we just fucked here?

Do I need to pursue a 15 year mortgage?

Who said anything about a war?...just a bomb.  Hardly anyone batted an eyelash when Israel did it.  Hey, maybe they should be the ones to do it again since it worked so well for them.

Um, dunno.  But go ahead and take the mortgage.  On the bright side if the world does end before it paid off you've saved some money.
