The "expectation" in my opinion anyway is one of "roots"
Its very hard to find a compatable "partner' if you are only talking "vanilla"
But add in the added "requirements" in a M/s or bdsm relationship odds are you are NOT going to find that person living next door.
Many people have fairly strong roots where they live and to post up front that They have no intent to "relocate" or that YOU will be required to relocate allows a person to know fairly quickly that the girl you are talking to who lives in South Georgia has NO intention of moving to Seattle Washington So look elsewhere..
