I didn't read the thing, I don't know if it is an April Fools Day joke or what, but I'm guessing his plan is in Spanish. El Presidente Loves open borders.

 What exactly is      "i.a.cnn.net"  ?    Its not a news surce of any sort.  Why do you believe something just because it is posted on a .net site?  I bet you can make a decent living making this stuff up and posting it, plenty of people do not take any time to examine what they read and will believe just about anything.

It was not from the cnn.com so I found it, and as far as anyone being able to alter cnn pages like they are wikipedia... please let me know how to do that... it would be a lot of fun[:D]

What is today may be different.
