As one who used to down 750ml bottles of alcohol (yes, binge drinking) in a single night.... 1. While drinking, start avoiding anything with caffeine several hours before you plan on stopping. Caffeine is a diuretic and will leach even MORE fluids from your system. 1. Drink large quantities (for me, it's 1-2 quarts) of water before going to bed. You WILL feel drunker as the fluids enter your system, but it helps. 2. Take at least 1000mg of Vitamin C and a normal B-Complex Vitamin before going to bed. Don't know why, but it helps. 3. Eat eggs in the morning, quick protein, easy taste, most people can stomach them even on a acid-washed, alcohol-saturated stomach...(see Waffle House, 2am, Saturday night for more details) 4. Avoid anything with caffeine. Again, caffeine is a diuretic and the last thing your body needs is fluids going out. And finally, what missturbation said....except what I've discounted here. ;-)
