Ice water.  Lots of it, both before bed and in the middle of the night.  I dunno about running a 10k, but it works to go run a jackhammer.

Drink lots and lots of water.  Alcohol will dehydrate you.

I have to agree with this, when I have a bad hangover I purposefully pick a job with excessive physical activity like lashing or portering.  Feel right as rain and ready for more hair of the dog when I get home.

As one who used to down 750ml bottles of alcohol (yes, binge drinking) in a single night....
1.  While drinking, start avoiding anything with caffeine several hours before you plan on stopping.  Caffeine is a diuretic and will leach even MORE fluids from your system.

1.  Drink large quantities (for me, it's 1-2 quarts) of water before going to bed.  You WILL feel drunker as the fluids enter your system, but it helps.
2.  Take at least 1000mg of Vitamin C and a normal B-Complex Vitamin before going to bed.  Don't know why, but it helps.
3.  Eat eggs in the morning, quick protein, easy taste, most people can stomach them even on a acid-washed, alcohol-saturated stomach...(see Waffle House, 2am, Saturday night for more details)
4.  Avoid anything with caffeine.  Again, caffeine is a diuretic and the last thing your body needs is fluids going out.

And finally, what missturbation said....except what I've discounted here.  ;-)

Your friend is on the right track in regard to the 10K. (I think not). The alcohol needs to be flushed out of the system and sweating it out works just as well as peeing it out (See above).  Although peeing is certainly more fun in some situations.

(I can go with that).

OH the good ol" days when I enjoyed the liquid delights every night, getting in around 3 am and up at 5 for work.Jack and water, water and jack...I always spent a hour in a hot shower then stuck my finger down my throat and cowboy up.

Too funny ... my girlfriend was complaining after going out last weekend that she got sick after she got home.  my first question to her?  "Did you go get Taco Bell and eat when you got home"  Her response "No, I had to pee too bad".  lmao

For me, i can not mix drinks (okay on occassion i can but i don't know why it's a hit or miss thing) ... if i stay with one type of drink all night long and then get Taco Bell and eat greasy tacos and cheesy potatoes along with a Diet Pepsi, i will wake up good as new 5 hours later (we get TBell at around 2:30 and my kids are normally up by 7:30).

If by chance i've mixed a bunch of drinks together ... only worshipping the porcelin God will cure me of my ailments.  :)

Totally still drunk. Or smoking something. Dude, quit bogarting all the good stuff. " It was for my neighbor, I swear"...Yeah riiight.

PS. If you would do laundry you wouldn't have to go shopping for new towels. I swear you are such a girl peewee.

I had a friend who would get hammered and then start swearing and B4 he went to bed he would usually fuck a fat girl and then drink some water.

I wonder if it's the same guy?

But I really don't see how any of this will be of any use to peewee.
