What a wonderful concept - the truest form of honoring the Woman in the relationship would be to become Her wife - to take care of Her - to make Her life happy, easy, and wonderful!

I am finished with vanilla too- no more of that for me -won't be going back to that side of life.

I love that this thread continues to stay alive.  Keeps promoting the idea which can only be a good thing in my book!

Hi Cool,

I’d say it would go pretty much as Deboyce said. Which would then later on be followed by “You get up now. I’m the dominant.” Said in a very sleepy voice in a house with lots of crying going on.

This is all a guess on my part since I’ve never been pregnant, nor do I have any ums. But I would assume it would be my bossy self, being sweet and bitchy at the same time.

This is one of the reason that I like the malewife relationship, it seems so much more real world based in my ideal form of it. lol

I don't know about anyone else, cool, but I don't intend to get pregnant.  A few years ago, I might have given a different answer, but at this point in my life, not only am I getting a bit old to have children (based on family history), but I don't think I want to take the risk of what it would do to my mental stability in terms of hormone swings and such.  I'm on birth control for a reason and I intend to stay on it.

That said, I don't really think it would change things all that much, if we should have a happy accident in the future.  Going out in the middle of the night to get something for Holly/me will be one of the jobs assigned to him anyway, so who cares if it's because of a pregnant craving, or just a "we're out of X and I need it, go get it" thing.

Greetings everyone. I hope you don't mind if I throw in my two cents worth.

I was married for 20 years. It started out as a traditional marriage and stayed that way for about 5 years. My wife knew of my desire to be feminized and also my interest in being submissive. I was honest with her shortly after we began dating, and even though she was not shocked, she was not very interested in a Femdom type relationship. We loved each other anyways and were happy together. About 5 years into the marriage she got the itch for one of my friends. We talked about it and sh"e ended up having a brief sexual relationsip with my friend. Over the years we progressed from an "open marriage" to one where I was her cuckold. She then started to feminize and train me as her domestic. She did not call me her "male wife". In fact she just called me Tina. How this ties in to this thread is this. I cannot remember how many times as I was doing the household duties or cooking or such, when she would come up behind me, put her arms around me and whisper in my ear, "you would make someone a wonderful wife" She knew well. True story. Shie knew how happy I would make someone being their male wife.
While she knew of my desires to be feminine, she knew I was not gay, that I loved women. Yes, I had been used by here in bisexual encounters and enjoyed them. But she knew that I truly love women. It was just that she really loved MEN and because I was becoming more feminine every day, she needed that MAN in her life. Anyways, just my two cents.

You will be in great demand then!

There appears to be a shortage.

Hello MzMia,

This thread has been on the boards for a while now and I have past it by thinking the question posed really didn't apply to me. However after reading it over and over, I have come to realize that I do have a response, because, although I am not a Domina and I am a lesbian submissive, I can answer it in this sense because in a flip/flop kind of way the question can to apply to me.

I see my connection in the way; I would love to meet a woman who would eventually be my "husband". Not to say or mean a very butch women because I prefer a woman who is equally in touch with her masculine and femmine sides.
But in the sense of a "traditional husband/wife" relationship, as I have witnessed in my life, I would like the dynamic to be simalar to this type relationship.

I am attracted to a very strong woman with a take charge personality. I am also a type of person who would desire to "keep the home fires burning", while my partner prefers to be out and taking on the world.
So in that sense, I do seek a type of "female husband" partner.

Missy.

Interesting q. I do not intend to have children myself - but like the SweetDommes, should situations change for some reason I do not see how kids would change things.  Roles in parenting in particular IMO should not be about tradition so much as the needs of the child and the family as a unit.  As for pregnancy issues - well, I think of this as a female thing not a wife thing.  But a male wife to me would not include feminization.  Btw, this has been a dream of mine since I was a girl.  I always imagined I would have a husband that would be my malewife.  I remember looking longingly at my John Denver album cover and thinking that he would be suitable.  LOL.  I know kind of embarrassing but cracks me up none the less. Later in my teens I had an ongoing fantasy about a fella I knew who in fact did become the male wife and a fireman in his adult life.

Ocilla,
Too funny, for Me it was Shaun Cassidy. Such a pretty boy. I always imagined him on his knees doing my bidding, wearing a little apron and not much else. LOL

Oooh The Hardy Boys! Can't you just see them gossiping together about the best method of floor scrubbing or what to make for dinner?
