I have met quite a few guys with small cocks who have this as a fantasy. Alas most men are more worried about their cocks than anything else. Hence their worries, leading to insecurity like this.

i think cuckolding for some men is the ultimate act of submission, especially if they are involved.  If they are in chastity and have to accept that a more endowed, more handsome or more masculine (if feminization is a large part of his servitude) man satisfies those particular needs of his Domme, then he has completely surrendered his masculinity to Her.  Obviously it would create a good deal of dependence on his Domme after surrendering so much.  But i also believe that it can be very destructive to a relationship if it isn't done carefully.  i think the cuckolding is the last step in a great deal of love and conditioning.

Cuckolding does not appeal to me simply because I'm not that promiscuous.
Cuckolding fantasies seem to demand that the Mistress be screwing around, going out to pick up men, and that the men are willing to be watched. Or they assume that the guy cums inside the Mistress to be licked clean.

I am poly, but not promiscuous. I am not interested in going out to pick up men. I'm not interested in letting anyone other than a committed partner cum inside me unless it's in a condom. I don't think one needs to be promiscuous to be able to take part in cuckholding.  It could be done in a poly situation if the members agreed. 
If I'm already in a sexual relationship with someone and meet a sub that is into cuckholding, who is to say we couldn't form some type of relationship if the other person was willing?

Yes, it makes sense. I do have a partner currently who would not object to having a sub of mine in the same room while we had sex. If that was enough, that'd be fine.

Overwhelmingly, though, I find that the cuck wants to participate - wants to eat the cream pie, be humiliated and forced to play fluffer (suck the guy hard before) or clean up (suck the guy clean after). None of those activities holds any interest for me whatsoever.

Well, I almost did it once, and not with someone who wanted to be a cuckhold...more to show that it wasn't about his do-me list, it was about what I wanted.  And it wasn't a small dick thing, it was a "whiny sub" thing.  Whining to me is like fingers on a chalk board and the best way for a sub to get ignored or worse.

i honestly do not know if this would work out in rt, but the variations You mention of preping (being a get-em-up boi i assume, and clean up are big things that spin in my mind for a Woman to have me do for Her. but, with the REAL need to be safe, so far, the cleanup has only ever been my own in rt. blew my mind when it was made to happen the first time and have not been able to get it out of my mind since then.

Lovers with small penises don't bother me, because penetration is not very significant in my sex life.
