I nearly fell off the bed I was laughing so much, thank you.
But yes I agree, I am sorry but "I was busy" no longer cuts it with me, call me before you are busy or while you were busy not after, the only things I accept this excuse for now, is death in the family or very close friend, being arrested by the police (and I had better be that one phone call), being in an accident or anything that involves an emergency trip to the hospital or........ no actually that's it.... and I am likely to ask for proof
