EXCELLENT project! Both control and surrender exist within each person. One cannot truly express either towards another, without first mastering BOTH within one's self.

Thanks for the further clarification, and I agree with Aldompdx, in that there are both aspects within us all, and true mastery comes from recognizing and developing both...

In any case, here's the best with your project, though I'm wondering if you couldn't fit more in your day, say, something for each day that is in the morning, afternoon and at night, or something that you do every day and some things you do some days.

I also agree, physical fitness sorts of routines work better if utilized 3 or more days per week, no less.

Swimming and bicycling are two that are low impact and total body. Something worth looking into. At any rate, have a great one. Peace.
