Its very worrying to be honest, not to know where he is, with whom, doing what (or having what done to him) but I guess this has been the way of things forever and I have to realise he needs to do it. Its also nice, considering what he has grown up with, to have found he has a stash of girlie mags under his bed LOL! I dont mean that in a homophobic way - if he were gay that would be OK with me, but it just puts paid to the idea that my being TS might affect his tastes.

You should own the world. Business is always a big money pit when you start and there are good 1/4's and bad.

Life is good. My birthday is May 8th. I'm going to Florida for a month. I've got males hopping all over the world and I'm having a great time. I'm working on a book and of course always writing and producing content for my sites.

I have the garden tilled and things being planted. I have help now so this will be the biggest garden ever. I have two part time farm slaves but can always use a few more.

I have a doctor's appointment in about 2 hours that will hopefully end in me back on presciption allergy meds and on an anti-depressant
Holly's health is stable again (no more killer kidney stones ... and yes, for her they really are killer - she has trouble passing even the little ones and her kidneys shut down)
our boy is still improving from his health issues of late last year
and I tried to break my finger (unsuccessfully) at work last night, so I spent just over an hour at an occuptional health clinic at 5:30 this morning for them to give me freakin aleve for pain so bad I almost wet myself when it happened and I was still crying off and on there at the clinic (happened at 2am - had to wait to go until another nurse showed up).
the house issues continue, but now that we all have our tax refunds back, we are going to get them taken care of
and the worst of new events - two of our dogs ran off last weekend and only one of them has been returned to us

It's nice to know I'm not the only one that sometimes wonders if I'm too picky!

I've been thinking about getting more involved in munches and the community once things settle down and get on a more even keel. Not sure if I will or not but I've been wanting to meet up with FemDoms in the area and perhaps start a monthly get together of dinner or just coffee and dessert. A first roll call for me also.

Nice to hear how other Ladies are enjoying life.

I moved to South Carolina from Florida, and though I don't feel quite settled yet, I love my new location and my new house. There remains some painting and some hard, heavy labor, so a big, strong, handy male would come in handy.

I have not found the right submissive for me, and I don't feel as though I am actively searching any longer. Far too many disappointments in the recent past. When the time is right, the right one will appear.

The bdsm "scene" is much bigger in SC than I expected, and I have been enjoying a local group (or two) since my arrival. I have already made some great friends in the Carolinas, and am enjoying life in general- except school at the moment, as I have Mid-Term exams next week, and also a huge paper/project to create. I don't like time constraints, and grading scales on/of my work.... and I thought I wasn't submissive.... sigh.

I have tried to remain a bit more off the message boards here in the months past, as I have had little time to do a lot and wanted to shift my limited time to write to endeavors which pay, or for education purposes. I am back here and there and am trying hard to avoid the political threads, which I found to be often frustrating and overly time-consuming. I am not a masochist.

Sorry to hear about all the health issues and hope they will be resolved. But as a fellow furkid owner who went through exactly the same awful experience just a couple of months ago ... You have My deepest sympathies! Our 2 dogs did a runner the first weekend after We moved 5000km! One managed to find his way home, the other was fortunately found 32 hours after they took off. We were beside Ourselves with worry ... can't imagine how You are coping a week on. I do hope that the second one may yet be found, preferably unharmed as Ours were!

Hello to all the newcomers to the May roll call :) It's lovely to see everyone.

I was also rather dreasing this month's roll call as this month did not start off too well. Work is crazy with some really difficult customers who are taxing my sanity. But I am busy so that is always good. I think this will be a really typical month with nothing too incredibly exciting going on. Work, play, family, yadda yadda. I am working on my Italian and trying to learn that so that's one of my goals for this year. This month I have been and will try to continue to set aside some time every day to practice/learn. I am still planning for my trip to Hawaii next month and got some good ideas from a few people on the other side.

I hope all is well with everyone and for all the little pissy pants here I wish you positive thoughts and good deeds.

Yes....Chris is doing much better. Not sure of his release as of yet, need to call my daughter and find out. No...the young lady ain't in the family way....yet. :P While i would welcome my son becoming a dad, I know he'll make a great one...I just don't think now would be the time. And he also feels he needs to be more financially stable and emotionally set as well. At least one of my kids knows how to use the noggin. :P

Welp...the visit with the doc got cancelled. He called this morning to reschedule so...But that's ok. I can talk to my other doc here about my RLS and weight issues. Which reminds me, I need to call him.

Tried sneking my checkbook this morning. My girlfriend hit me with it and flat out told me no. I looked at her and said, but it's mine. She hit me again and said SO! :P God I love this girl. :D

Welcome to all the new ones to Roll call. And glad to see most everyone having a good time. Those with issues...I hope everything works out. Will keep you all in my thoughts.

LOL Italian is for next year's trip to Rome. I figure if I have a year to do it I can at least get conversational to eat, drink, find my way back to the hotel and find a bathroom ;)
