what kind of humilation are you actually talking about? There are so many different forms that can be used depending on what you both are looking for.

It depends on what you mean by humiliate- if you mean make him feel all nasty/yummy/sexy, then you just need to find what his triggers are and play on them.  Forcing people to admit things they aren't completely comfortable with, or even asking for them, can be a great way to start.

is he an exhibitionist? If not, then tell him you are going to share a revealing photo of him with some friends.
is he shy? if he is, then have him post something pretty revealing and humiliating about himself in his journal

find out what his triggers are, like LA said, and go from there.

from my reading the OP doesn't know the male sub too well, otherwise she would know what the buttons are to press.
i would suggest, take the time to get to know your sub/slave the mind is a powerful organ, when real time is hard to find or where the online is being used to bridge the gap. 

Maybe have him go and buy a pair of lacey nickers and maybe he is a professional, so if they are worn under his suit, how humilitating would that be?  Maybe he is a builder on a building site, and the lacey nickers are spotted by a colleague whilst he is banging in a nail ... ouch, he might hit his thumb, lol ... What do you like, and what does the sub like and what can you think of that would give you pleasure?  Why is it about the sub at all?  Why isn't it about your wants and needs and desires.

Then, too, it's wise to consider what, of all the things that embarrass, degrade, or humiliate this person, which of those things are "fair game" to play with. That is, a person might be successfully humiliated by attacks on, say, his or her intelligence, but this may not elicit feelings that he or she wants. When some people say they want humiliation play, they mean that they want to feel a little naughty and they like dirty talk. Others want "humiliation play" that makes them feel despondent and disgusting and foolish and unproductive. You don't want a mismatch of expectations like that!

A web cam would help, then you can ask him to crawl, eat out of a dog dish, pee in the cat box, drink his pee etc, all on cam, and you can invite others to watch.

Or have him go to a gay chat room and  serve them on cam if he hates that.

Status: offline 		Verbal humiliation can be just calling names (worthless, pathetic, scum sucking, pig, slut, whore) or can be more involved (You are a waste of my time, you aren't worth my attention, you amuse me). Online forms of humiliation can include making him go to chat rooms or message boards to post revealing information and let others humiliate him or just his self consciousness humiiliate himself.
