1. Role reversal. You must learn control, sufficient to exercise self-control and self-discipline necessary to manifest your conscious choice to surrender. Since a skilled mistress also understands surrender, it should be a walk in the park to require you to be the (totally inexperienced) master for a month -- subject to her limits.

2. Isolation. If your actions represent a desire to NOT surrender, then you should not be in the relationship for at least a month. Either choose to be in it, or out of it. 4. Memory. A very effective method for creating permanent memories, in the limbic system in addition to the neo cortex (based on brain biology) -- while learning the particular lesson, immerse part or all of your body in ice saltwater for up to 45 seconds.

This wouldn't be a good one for me as I'm allergic to soaps and would have an allergic reaction for days. I would literally scratch my eyes out if I did it. But if it works for you and you don't have any issues.

i like the thought process ...though Holy Mother of Pearl

since your vagina ( i like to use the technical term every now and again) got you into this mess, i do believe that the punishment should fit the crime. Sitting in a bowl of ice water should cool you off.

Just a quick note on this: I'm not very familiar with such play, but rubbing alcohol poured directly on an open wound can lead to serious and nasty complications. Alcohol destroys living cells (one reason why it's such a good disinfectant), which can actually encourage infection since the cells surrounding the wound are dead (lots of bacteria feed off of dead cells). And the genital area is nice & warm & moist... great bacteria breeding ground! Also, if the alcohol gets into the blood stream (very possible in an open wound), it can cause damage to the liver and kidneys, and (very unlikely) cause blindness.

Granted, this is (probably) not likely to occur, but still... if you're going to engage in this type of activity, PLEASE speak with your doctor BEFORE you do - tell them your aunt's uncle's sister's second cousin's son cut himself badly and the family was debating the best course of action (decided to take him to the hospital, so he's fine)
