Just a general comment... I met my husband online. We were both on a certain text-based role-play game. We became friends online without ever having seen each other's faces. When we finally did meet (as friends), I didn't think he was very attractive physically. As we spent more time together, who he was inside really grew on me. He is nearly my perfect match as a companion. I grew to love him. So in our relationship, appearance is only secondary, or perhap tertiary. He's still not drop-dead gorgeous, but I wouldn't trade him for any 'fine' guy. He's my match and I love him. (Did I mention he's also wonderfully intelligent?) zuma

Ive experienced the same issue. Some even look sick altough they may be healthy. I just go with my gut, and say no thank you. If they push the issue, I let them have it.

Us 30-something guys still have a chance though, right? it did take me quite a bit to grow from my curiosityin my 20's, to my true admission and love of being sub, well, probably more accuratly a bottom at this point, and i look for the same myself, and Woman 30+ tend to have gotten past the "I'll try that" stage, to the "I tried it and I love it" stage. oh, and i would consider myself attractive. but being sub/bottom is so socially different, i only pass pics in email after getting to "virtually" know someone, and sensing W/we do have a number of shared interests.

A young newbie wrote to explain that his GF had 'never been with another man' so she had no perspective to offer him.....so, if he sent Me a pic of his erect penis could I please tell him whether it was little or not? I got contacted by the same guy. I told him I didn't need to see his penis for him to get this information. (I also told him it was questions like these that make us doubt the sincerety of the younger crowd, but that's just My opinion.) (Lady Pact now puts on Her 'teacher of trivia' hat.) The average size of an erect penis is supposedly six inches. Guess what else is approximately six inches? A dollar bill. So, if you can 'measure up' to a dollar bill, you're average size. Just a little helpful hint from Lady Pact. Ta Da!

Lady Pact, It sounds to me like You are responding quite well! [:)] The rude thing is to ignore the response and move on. That is what i find insulting! [:)] i feel most of us are mature enough to understand that looks have an important role. And we understand that everyone is not totally appealing to everyone else. It is a very normal thing. And men are usually more accepting of it than Ladies are .... In my experience, when providing a picture, one accepts they may be rejected for it. Yet if some communication has already occurred, it is insulting to wait and wait and get no response. Being told "no thank you" is easy to accept ... particularly early in a communication. Yet there is also truth in something another Lady mentioned ... that in time looks become irrelevant. Someone you like becomes beautiful because of their inner qualities ... In my life experience, becoming attracted to a persons' inner being really only happens in situations where there is a period of in person, inter personal contact ... like at work or a neighbor or so on .... it just doesn't happen via email. So as a man who has written a few emails in his life ... it sounds to me like You are doing it quite well! Keep up the good work, and don't worry about it! [:)] Just enjoy!
