Paris Hilton Is Released From Jail The Associated Press Thursday, June 7, 2007; 10:33 AM LOS ANGELES -- Paris Hilton was released from jail early Thursday due to an unspecified medical condition after serving only three days of her sentence. I'll be interested to see how they spin this to cover their asses against all the cries of preferential treatment. I feel so bad for her, it's truly going to be horrible to have to lay next to her pool surrounding by her adoring throngs with that tacky ankle bracelet...I'm sure that the jail didn't have a tether made by Cartier.

Can anyone say they are surprised?! Evidently from what I read she couldn't 'handle' being in there, poor baby, she can handle drinking and driving, drivign with a suspended license yet, she can't handle her punishment, poor baby. Once her psyhcologist person went there you KNEW she was gonna be out soon, her attorney was there for hours, so much for '23 hrs a day in a cell.' Send her back, and in 42 days, we can see or hear from her again. The golden rule STILL stands, 'ye who has the gold makes the rules.'

I can't say I am surprised...her sentence gets cut from 45 days to 23 day for good behavior, and she did not even serve on day. Now she is released to her home for an unspecified medical condition and not a hospital. Okay she now has to wear a monitor for 40 days however as many note these monitors are unrealable, there are website that show you how you can turn it off and even remove it without setting off any alarms. Yes justice is a two tier system. I laugh when I read in the next 40 days she arrested again for DWI and no monitor.
