Ok now that i have sene what everyone else has put up i can add my .02$. ok one i am from vegas originally the age of conset is 16 with a 4 year leeway. So technically speaking a 16 yr old and a 20 year old can get it on. Now when I was 16 i was handing otu with seniors from other high schools and I acted much older so we were about on the same levels.  I also had the commen sense not to have myself videotaped until i was about 17/18 :P. Now as for this situation when i first saw all this i thought this was a crock of bullshit. Let's be real most kids who drink at that age either are or aren't aware of their limits. I knew PLENTY of 15 year old girls who were more than willing to be lil sluts and give a guy a bj. Its not like its real sex to them and so what if you get a mouthful of cum? Wash it down with another beer. I can't remember if the girl cried rape before or after the tape was found but  lets think about this why would she do that? Simple she didn't want to get in trouble for something she knew she would get yelled at about.

This kid has lost 27 months of his life to the system, he was all set to go to college when this happen. Ye sit was poor judgement but hey teenagers are notorious for being sheep and following the crowd and I don't know too many guys young or old who'd turn down a free bj. Now that beign said I can hold my booze but once i am in the tank I get horny and friendly and have bagged a numbed of guys in said situation. Next morning regrets? None because I would have banged them all without alcholo as lubricant.  All these laws are pointless if they are vaugely written.  innocent kids end up locked in prison with the stamp child molester upon and if it wasn't for prison segregation(sp) this poor boy would have been raped and possibly beaten to death.

As for the rape charges those came froma seperate situation where he and a bunch of other guys banged a girl in a hotel room I believe. Don't know if that was taped but those charges were dropped against him. And as for the Prosecuter in this case he need to yank out the mega spiked dildo cramme dup his ass and realize that he's acting a priest from the Inquinsition(sp)

Yes but MsJO a UM committing something dastardly would likely as not view it as experimention or giving way to his/her curiosity.NO?

Just to add: I am not changing the subject I am responding to the meaning of your posts.
Dr A K A Demic tells me that he thinks you have been a victim of sloppy PC assessment when presenting your course work so the Dr says if you submit your next presentation to him he will point out where you are going wrong lol

i started dating my ex when i was 17, and he was 27...and so? my first boyfriend was 17 when i was 15 also when we were dating....this is a really stupid law....there are so many loopholes and portions to laws about when and who you can have sex with. for example, legally, an 18 year old cant have sex with someone who is a minor, because that would be statutory rape(even if its consentual), but the age of concent in my state(nj) is 16, which basically means that you could have sex with someone over 18 at 16, but that older person could actually go to jail for something that YOU, the minor, were legally doing.....

Thank heavens someone got some since…Poor kid I hope this does not follow him the rest of his life.

I was in somewhat the same predicament many years ago but was lucky I guess. I had just turned 17 and was in the same grade as my girlfriend… she was 15 but a few days away from 16. Because of my birth date I was older then most in my grade and because of hers she was younger.
You know how kids are we were out cruising then looked for a place to park and make out. With the old Volkswagen in first gear and both doors open we managed to be going at it across the front bucket seats. A cop with nothing to do but mess with kids shines the flashlight on us then checks my drivers license…he asks her how old she was and the next thing I knew I was at the county police station…charged with statutory rape.

My parents and hers were called to the station. Her parents were mad but did not press charges… but the police did. I ended up on probation for a few years then my record was cleaned.

I’m not sure what the difference is from child molestation and statutory rape… I think if I had been 18 it would have been much worse.
