Yes, the people can overrule the Supreme court. It is called a constitutional amendment, and the process is defined in the constitution. Get cracking on it.

Amending the Constitution is what the TORTURE PROPONENTS must do, to make it lawful.

Until then, "Due Process" means "Due Process"

"All Persons" means "All Persons"

and

"Equal Protection" means "Equal Protection".

So, get cracking redefining "ALL PERSONS" via Amendment, if you wanna go torture and rape people held in US Custody.
