I can totally relate to grlneedstolearn because i'm dealing with the same thing. Kink or not we all still want to feel treated respectfully. Yes this is D's yes we may be sub or slave but at the same time we all have a soft side and deep down in us whether we are 22 or 60 want care. Being sub or slave doesn't mean we should just have to lay down and spread our legs on the first meeting. I havn't searched for someone in a long time seriously but guys my age do seem very immature, they seem to just be here for the sex and to count the numbers so to speak. It's like there's a competition on how many girls each guy can fuck and who ever wins gets what?

My goodness, lots of sensitivity around the age issue today, huh? Just thinking about My experience in a college classroom w/men & women aged 17-45 for a whole buncha years. In the following statement, please understand that the most important words are "personally," and "most" ... it's a generalization, not an absolute. That said: Personally, I wouldn't expect most men to be thoughtful partners until they're 25; and I wouldn't expect most women to be able to focus on another person for a prolonged period of time until they are 35. Flame on! (I'm leaving so won't be able to cringe until tomorrow sometime.) And I personally doubt that most men of any age are dominant, but it's easier for their ego to think of that option than otherwise. Just saying. Seriously, and respectfully, ProfJoe

I would agree with the comment made earlier about many trolling emails being from older men I have found the same thing. I dont really think it is fair just to pick on young Doms, I think a lot of men in general seem to think parading around as dominant is an easy way to get sex (because obviously submissive women are doormats who will drop to their knees for anyone who calls themself sir or master[8D]). But it is becoming easier to spot a real Dom from a troll, genuine Doms tend put thought into thier responses/emails/communication, and generally will use more than one line in an email although of course thier are exceptions to this also and I was fooled by one who seemed to be genuine and turned out to be just looking for a fuck (lesson learned though and he was a guy who was 50).

People can be immature at any age. I know a 22 year old who consistantly act more mature than a lot of 40 year olds I know...AND he's Dominant. I am 26 years old. When it comes to a great many things, I have no idea what I want in my life. I am just now about to finish college and get going after putting my life on hold for 4 years. It's very easy for someone to be "uncertain", and still maintain a degree of maturity. It's just as easy to want a "piece of ass" and be mature about it. Maturity comes with age to a degree yes, but some people are just plain stupid, and when you combine that with uncertainty, you get the image of many younger Doms. It's not that they're immature, it's that they are idiots. Of course, that's just one more angle to the arguement. Most of what has already been said holds true as well. My point is that don't automatically associate someone that doesn't know what they want, with being immature. I have a very dominant personality, and this type of lifestyle is something I want to live. But just how I want to live it, is still quite up in there air. While I'm getting to that point, I just might form relationships that many would consider all about getting that "piece of ass", and until recently (within the last year) , I did. But I also made it very clear that's what I did. So just because I wanted sex, was I immature? No.

i'm not talking about them being immature, but who are mostly only looking for a way to get the woman into bed, and of course it can also be said about Dommes as well. But on the other hand, if the Dom doesn't know or is uncertain, sure i'll take that into consideration as well, a chance for both parties to learn more about and to teach each other. Yet for some reason i would have thought that being 30 yrs of age a guy would have hopefully matured enough, even if they are either starting school again or just finishing up school, to not always want a way into bed. Fair enough Angelslave77, but when you try to find someone somewhat close to your age and they don't seem responsible, again reiterating SP, that not all younger Doms are like that. i did not mean to stir up a strong debate over this, but it did get me wondering with most of the younger Doms that i have talked with. And yes i've also talked with older Doms who can be like a kid in a candy store once they get one email from a younger submissive/slave. I get messages from men of all ages and having thought back about the many men that have contacted me online I would say that their age does not have the slightest relevance to their level of maturity, I have had slaves younger than me message me and be perfectly sensible and I have had older slaves message me and act like utter idiots. You have to keep in mind the fact that generally speaking no matter what age group you are looking for you are going to get more messages from silly people than you are from sensible ones. I think this might result in a person thinking that the grass might be greener on the other side if they are concentrating their efforts on one specific age group though if you take an overall look at things that really is not the case.

Studies have found that woman are most attractive at 18, but men are most attractive at 35.

To the OP, there are immature men in the age group you specified, and there are mature ones. Just like there are both in any age group you choose to pick. My question to you is how good is your judgement at your age to pick the kind of guy that is going to be more mature?
