No it doesnt make you any less a Dom, but it may make you less experienced because of your age, which isnt a bad thing as long as you understand that.
We were all young once and hopefully remember what that was like so what should happen, which doesnt seem to very much anymore, is an older Dom talk to you about Dom stuff so you can take advantage of an older Doms wisdom.
